We went to a very neat children's storybook themed park a few weeks ago.
We drove up with Chip, which was quite exciting for the boys.
The boys loved to explore the magic bus.
All the different play areas were based around different stories.
Many of them we knew and some we aren't familiar with, yet.
Winnie the Pooh's house.
Calvin got to rub the Buddha's belly for good luck.
There was a Chinese tea room
and a zen garden.
Papa Bear's chair fit most of the boys.
And there were the bears.
Mr. McGregor's garden shed.
Calvin is quite fascinated by lifelike statues right now.
This was Jack's beanstalk and the giant's boots.
Here's Harry the Dirty Dog, complete with scrub brushes in the bucket to wash him off.
Eggs from Dr. Seuss' Horton Hatches the Egg.
The Three Little Pig's houses.
In the sandbox, there were dinosaur bones to uncover.
Here's Stuart Little house.
The boys fought over the brooms to clean the barn.
Trying to get the boys to pose with the Curious George statue.
Close enough.
A very fun outing!
