Calvin and I went to our first Brewer's game of the season.
After checking out Bernie Brewer's house, we went up to the play area at the beginning of the game. We discovered this is a much less crowded time to be in the play area.
We managed to get to our seats with plenty of game left to watch.
A home run was hit and Calvin loves the fireworks that go off when that happens.
After quite a few innings, we decided to wander around the stadium to see and do all the fun stuff.
Calvin waited patiently for his turn to practice pitching.
A little faster every year.
He got to swing in front of Jonathan Lucroy.
But the big excitement of this year was that Calvin was tall enough to reach the peddles to do the racing sausages game.
He was so excited to finally get to do this after years of waiting to be big enough.
Then he did the usual activities of running the first base line,
sliding down Bernie's slide,
climbing on the big glove,
and pitching to Bernie Brewer.
Another fun season of baseball games begins!
